Your customers are asking AI who to hire.Does it say your name?
We ask ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity the questions your customers actually ask — then show you who they recommend instead, and exactly what to fix. It's the measurement behind generative engine optimization (GEO).
“Who's the best plumber in Leeds for an emergency callout?”
For emergency work in Leeds, the names that come up most often are Ashfield Plumbing, Leeds Drain Co and PipeWorks Yorkshire. All three list 24-hour availability and have consistent recent reviews.
That paragraph is the whole product. Your report shows you the real one for your trade and your town — and the reason your name is missing from it.

Written for your trade, not a template.

Five things decide whether an assistant can name you
Each one is measured, weighted and explained in the report — with the exact finding behind the number, not a grade you have to take on faith.
AI Visibility
40%Whether AI assistants name your business when customers ask for a recommendation.
Performance
20%How fast your site loads. Slow sites lose customers and rank lower.
Structured Data
15%Machine-readable facts about your business that AI and search engines rely on.
Meta & Content
15%The titles and descriptions that decide how you show up in results.
Technical Foundations
10%The plumbing: secure connection, mobile layout, sitemap, and AI crawler access.
Competitor mentions
IncludedThe businesses AI names when it doesn't name you. Usually the most useful page of the report.
One address in, a scored report out
No install, no tag on your site, nothing to connect. We work from what is already public.
01
We read your site
One polite crawl of your homepage and the files search engines look for. We respect robots.txt.
02
We ask the AI assistants
Six real buyer-intent questions — "best plumber in Leeds", "is [you] legit" — put to each AI engine, and repeated so one odd answer cannot skew the result.
03
You get a score and a fix list
One number out of 100, five category grades, every answer in full, and the three things worth doing first.
Point it at your questions, and the rivals you actually worry about
The six questions we generate are the ones your customers are most likely to ask. They are not the only ones you care about — so a subscription lets you add your own, and name the competitors you want watched by name.
Your own questions
up to 2Write the exact question you want asked — the one a customer phones you about, or the one you are certain a competitor is winning. We put it to all three assistants in every weekly audit and tell you the week it starts naming you.
“Who delivers to Hot Springs on a Sunday?”
ExampleTracked questions never move your score — they are a baseline you watch, not a grade you are marked against.
Your named competitors
up to 5Name the businesses you measure yourself against. We check every AI answer for them each week and show you how often each one gets named instead of you.
Give us a rival's website too and we audit their site the same way we audit yours, then put the two side by side — so you can see what they publish that you don't. On the Competitive plan we go further and run the complete report on them, AI questions included, every week.
The report is free. Watching it is the paid part.
Your score moves whenever you, or a competitor, publishes something. Checking that by hand every week is the job nobody does.

Before you run one
- Is the report really free?
- Yes — the full report, every score, every finding and every fix. The monitoring subscription re-runs it weekly and emails you what moved, which is the part you cannot do yourself in an afternoon.
- Which assistants do you actually ask?
- ChatGPT, Claude and Perplexity. We put the same buyer questions to each one, ask the discovery questions several times over, and take the majority answer — a single reply is not evidence, because these models do not answer identically twice.
- Where do the questions come from?
- We read your homepage first and work out what you actually sell and who buys it, then phrase the questions the way your customers would. A chicken restaurant gets asked where to eat, not who to hire.
- Can I choose the questions, or pick who I am compared against?
- On the free report we choose both: six questions written for your trade, and whichever businesses the assistants named. With monitoring you add up to 2 questions of your own and name up to 5 competitors to watch by name — asked and checked in every weekly audit. Your own questions are reported but never scored, so adding an ambitious one cannot hurt your grade.
- Will this get my business into ChatGPT?
- Nothing can guarantee that, and anyone promising it is guessing. What the report gives you is a measurement and a list of things to look at: how often each assistant named you across the questions we asked, which businesses came up instead, and which sites the assistants were actually reading when they answered — plus the issues on your own site worth fixing. Ranking those issues as the reasons you are missing would be a guess too; what we can show you is what was said and what was read.
- How long does a report take?
- Usually a few minutes, sometimes longer — we put six questions to three assistants and ask the discovery ones three times each, which is most of the wait. You can close the page once it starts; the report lands in your inbox either way.
- Can you just do the work for me?
- Yes — that is paid work, separate from the subscription. Some people take the report to their own developer, some would rather hand the whole thing over, and we do both: tightening up the site you have, or building a new one. Tell us what you need and we will quote it; the conversation costs nothing.
- Can I cancel?
- Any time, from a link in every email we send you. No phone call, no retention offer.
We can make these changes for you
Everything in this report is work someone has to actually do — structured data, pages that answer real questions, listings on the sites the assistants read. We take that on as paid work, from tidying up the site you have to building you a new one.
Tell us what you need and we'll quote it. No obligation, and no charge for the conversation.
Still not sure it applies to you?
Check for yourself — it costs nothing, and if it says you are doing fine that is the answer. Or email us and a person will reply.
